From 1980 to 1996, he was the VP and then President of Masonry Structures, a commercial and residential construction company founded by his father. The company had operations in Minnesota and Alaska.
Over the years, Mr. Sherburne has completed over twenty acquisitions throughout the United States, creating thousands of jobs and helping founders scale their businesses while increasing their equity value. This effectively allows them to be paid twice for their businesses by becoming part of a much larger enterprise.
